For the most part, this is a great bow. It looks beautiful, is very well made, the weight and length are accurate, and it shoots accurately and consistently. My only complaint is the grip of the bow. This may be just the way I hold my bow, but while shooting, the knuckle at the base of my thumb is in contact with the grip. Pulling back like this puts a lot of weight on my knuckle and releasing an arrow vibrates the bow against it, to the point where my knuckle is bruised and sore. I now wear a fingerless glove so there is some padding between my knuckle and the bow. This was a not problem with my old bow, which is the Pride model from GreatTree. The Pride had a more contoured grip and a larger circumference around where the palm of the hand holds the bow. This allowed me to hold the bow more with my palm and middle, ring, and pinky fingers instead of my thumb and forefinger and the knuckles at their base. So, I would advise, be prepared to add some padding to the grip of this bow/wear a glove or look for one with a more contoured grip, like the Pride bow.
